Meet the founder, Lue Kraltchev

Gluemanity was founded by Lue Kraltchev, a culture strategist, coach, and storyteller. She has spent her life studying cultures and what makes them unique and flourish. A 20+ year veteran of the hospitality industry, she has helped brands around the world cultivate and express their culture through connection, performance and engagement. She loves to gather people for experiential learning and cultural transformation.

Lue is a lifelong learner. Whether it is a new language, diving into new research, or going back to university mid-career, she believes it is never too late to learn more. A cross-cultural expert, Lue has traveled to and worked in over 70 countries, lived in 6, and she speaks 8 languages. She is a certified Cultural Intelligence (CQ) facilitator and trainer and well as a Certified Professional Master Coach.

Lue is a doctoral candidate at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas where her interdisciplinary humanities research is focused on the human experience of work through culture, creativity, and story. She received her Master of Liberal Studies at SMU with dual concentrations in Organizational Dynamics and Humanities. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Modern Languages and Literature (French) with a minor in World History.

In between studies and consulting, she is a writer and mixed media artist looking to bridge visual and literary representations of the experiences she uncovers in her research and in daily life.
